Whilst working for BCA I often get the opportunity to lend my expertise to other areas of the group. This project in particular was with the team at Cinch, focusing on their value added propositions and services.

We were tasked to create a vision of how they could integrate warranty services and value added products within their purchase journey. Customers were put off by hard selling tactics so the concepts would have to tackle ways of highlighting the benefits and convenience to their customers without overwhelming or discouraging them.

I created a series of conceptual UI prototypes and presentation assets to help bring our ideas to life.
